Position: President, CEO and Director

A certified professional geologist since 1991, Bill has held positions with companies such as Giant Mascot, Sumitomo and Imperial Metals. He has been involved in the senior management of public resource companies for more than 30 years.

Glen Garratt, P. Geo.
Position: VP Exploration and Director

Glen has been employed as a geologist in mineral exploration for over 45 years. His previous employers included several major companies such as Placer Dome, Amoco, and Norcen. In 1979 Glen formed an exploration consulting/contracting firm which merged to become Mincord Exploration Consultants Ltd. in 1986. Glen was a founding director of Eastfield Resources Ltd. from 1986 which led to the founding of five additional public resource companies.

David Douglas
Position: CFO and Director

Mr. Douglas is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years experience in the accounting, corporate finance and mining industries.

Kim Evans, C.G.A.
Position: Director

Ms. Evans is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 17 years of experience as a Director and/or Officer, working with a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and has extensive experience in both the junior mining sector and the corporate securities industry.
