Glen has been employed as a geologist in mineral exploration for over 35 years. His previous employers included several major companies such as Placer Dome, Amoco, and Norcen. In 1979 Glen formed an exploration and consulting firm that operated from offices in Reno, Nevada and Kamloops, BC.

Certified General Accountant (British Columbia) with 5 years of experience in exploration company management. Currently serves as CFO and Corporate Secretary for Coastport Capital Inc. Corporate Secretary of Lysander Minerals Corporation since mid-2002.

Bryce is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the Harvard Business School management program. He spent 15 years with Alcan and various major subsidiaries. Served for 5 years as CFO of Roan Consolidated Mines in Zambia with 20,000 employees and refined copper production of over 300,000 tons per year. Former director and CFO of Black Swan Gold Mines Ltd. President of Black Swan from 1998 to 1999 and Chairman until early 2001. He has been a director of Lysander Minerals Corporation since 1997.
